How can I help stop racism in the music industry?

How can I help stop racism in the music industry?

Be the change.

I had an interesting conversation with my 8-year old daughter earlier this week about what was going on in America.

We were listening to Radio 1 in the car and Newsbeat came on.

I had to try to explain racism to her and what it meant.

She found it hard to understand.

But she listened.

And she thought.

And I thought... this is so important.

I don't know the answer to this one but I do know that education can help.
